The following plastic pollution video is an inspiring production by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).
The film, directed by Nik Kleverov, tells the story of a plastic bottle that has been thrown onto the ground and left there, waiting for the wind to pick it up and set it in motion. Short after the plastic bottle begins a seemingly never ending journey back to its rightful owner.
Recycling begins & ends with you
The video is part of an awareness campaign, in which UNEP is taking steps to prevent plastic pollution in our oceans, to discourage littering and convince people to think twice before throwing a plastic bottle and other garbage on the street. Check out the video below and see for yourself!
